Online Shopping & How to Order Online

We try to make your shopping process as simple as possible. Our online shop allows you to easily search for items, add items to your wishlist, and e-mail gift items that you like to a friend.

1. Simply add items that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart by clicking the "Buy Now" button below each item.

In the shopping cart, you have the options to edit your order, including removing items, applying discounts with any discount codes that may be available, and updating quantities of items. To do any of these commands in the shopping cart, simply click the appropriate buttons.

You can also click the 'Keep Shopping" button, which will take you back to the shop home page. If you wish to return to the page you were on last, click the back button in your browser twice to return to the items you were last viewing.

2. When you are finished shopping, click the checkout button, and the checkout process will take you through all the steps with prompts.

If you are new to CraftyHarp, the system will ask you to fill out the form so that we have your shipping and billing information to process your order. If you are returning, you may log in and all of your information will be available already. Once you complete your order, you will be able to view and print it. You can also log in to your account and view your orders at any time. Your order confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail. If you have any questions concerning shopping online with us, please contact us at service@craftyharp.com. Please note that by purchasing products with CraftyHarp, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Order By E-Mail If you wish to order via e-mail, send your order to order@craftyharp.com. Please include all item numbers, options and descriptions as well as your complete billing and mailing address and phone number in case we need to contact you concerning your order. You will receive confirmation via e-mail shortlay after your order is received. We will also send you an invoice at which time you can issue payment via any major credit card.
Order By Phone You may place an order via phone by calling: Phone:(805) 451-3013. We accept all major credit cards and payments via PayPal.

Order Processing Please allow 2-4 weeks for complete order processing. We strive to fill all orders in the most timely manner, however, some items may need to be ordered from the supplier, and some hand made items may take additional time to complete. However, most orders ship within 3-10 days of receipt of order and payment.
SEARCH Enter key words or item numbers in the search field found at the top left of your screen in the shop to find gift items. If you still cannot find what you are looking for, try viewing by category, or contact us for more assistance.
Payment Options PayPal:CraftyHarp is"PayPal Verified". We have chosen PayPal as one of our methods of credit card processing because it offers strong protections for both parties. PayPal accepts all types of credit cards. If you wish to pay via PayPal, our system will take you through the necessary steps. However, if you are ordering via mail/e-mail, phone or fax, you can also use PayPal by visiting PayPal.com and clicking on "Send Money". Their system will prompt you from there. You will need to use the e-mail address order@craftyharp.com to complete the payment process.

If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry! It's free and easy to set up a PayPal account. Follow instructions at PayPal.com to complete a new account.

Credit Card: You may also pay via any major credti card. CraftyHarp is secured by QuickSSL offering the highest level of security possible. Sorry, we no longer accept personal checks.

Do you have a catalog?
We had a print catalog in circulation for a while, however, due to the fast changes of our shop and continuous additions and growth of our selection, we have been unable to print a catalog that stays up to date long enough. We do not have a print catalog available at this time.


What type of order/shipping confirmation will I receive?
You will receive an initial E-mail confirmation that your order has been received.  You will receive a second email when the order ships showing total amount to be charged. The second email will be updated to show the exact quantities being sent and any changes to shipping charges based on shipment weight and/or any requests for alternate shipping  This email will also include a tracking number (if available) . What are my shipping options and how long does it take to process an order

This depends on the method of shipment you request. The pull down menu offers shipping options via US Postal Service, UPS, or Express. Express and international shipments require a separate invoice as weight and shipping time will affect the total cost. All prices quoted are approximate. Some packages may cost more or less depending upon shipment size and weight. If there is a chang in shipment total, we will notify you. Please refer to our Terms for more informaiton.


All items are packaged to ensure that they are delivered in perfect condition. However, some things are beyond our control. All shipments sent via UPS are fully insured against loss or damage, and can be tracked to your door. Our shipping charge is approximate depending on the size and weight of each item. Because we are shipping boxes it is not possible for us to ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not charge for handling.

We work very hard to fill orders as quickly as possible. However, since our products are handmade it can take from 1-4 weeks for delivery of your order. Should more time be required for large items or special orders you will be notified. If you have an important deadline and want to make sure that your order is going to ship and be received by you in time please contact us before you place your order so that we can let you know if we can meet your deadline. Every effort will be made to ensure you get your ordered item(s) when you need them. NO ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED UNTIL THE ORDER IS PAID IN FULL. Please refer to our Terms for more informaiton.

Can I track my own order?

Yes, but only through UPS or FedEx. If you choose UPS, as soon as you receive confirmation that your order has been shipped, you will be able to track it to your doorstep via the tracking number that we send to you via e-mail.

What is your Return Policy?

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with an item, it is defective or it has been damaged in shipping please contact us immediately. We stand behind our products and service. We offer a 14 day return/exchange policy. Unless an item is damaged or defective it must be returned to us in the same pristine condition it was sent to you in. Any returned items we find to have been damaged or soiled will not be accepted and a refund or credit will not be given. Please allow 30 days from the time of our receiving the returned item for us to process it and issue the refund. All refunds will be made through PayPal only. Refunds are less shipping and handling. All returned items should be securely packaged and sent by a shipping method that allows for tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost during shipping. You will have to fill a claim with the shipper to recover your loss. Personalized items are not returnable and the customer is responsible for verifying the spelling for personalized items.

CraftyHarp is committed to customer satisfaction. If you have a problem with an order please notify us so that we can work with you to resolve the problem. Liability to you will be limited to the cost of the product purchased. We reserve the right to ask for the damaged item back before we do anything.

How to Return an Item:

Please include the packing slip and any warranty cards that you received with your shipment, indicate the reason for the return, and the action you'd like us to take. We will gladly refund the purchase price, exchange or replace the item. 
Send packages securely wrapped and postage-paid to the address indicated on the packing slip. If you cannot find your packing slip, please email service@craftyharp.com for the correct return address. When emailing us about your order, please place your order number in the subject heading so we may expedite your request. 

Federal Express or UPS are our preferred carriers for sending back returns as they provide tracking services.

How long does my refund take?
Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you an email stating the amount we are crediting your credit card. Please allow 10 business days for PayPal to process your return. It may take up to two credit card statements for your credit to appear.
