E-mail does not allow for facial expression or inflection that can clarify certain things that customers may write to us. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we feel is being aggressive, threatening, demanding or disrespectful. This means a minimum of 10 business days processing time for your order. We do not stock many of the pre-manufactured items we carry to keep costs down. Infrequently, prices may be inaccurately displayed on our Web site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Tulare County in the State of California, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating such action. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Possible evidence of use of this site for illegal purposes may be provided to law enforcement authorities at the sole discretion of CraftyHarp™ . These Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy contain the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of this site. CraftyHarp™ 's products and services are available in many parts of the world; however, this site may describe products and services which are not available worldwide.

SALES: CraftyHarp™ runs special sales during the year. All terms and conditions apply to all sales items. All items in our "Special Accessories" Category, as well as our "Concert Tickets" are excluded from all sales, unless a gift certificate is specifically purchased for Tickets or Special Accessories".

Handmade Products Policy:
All handmade CraftyHarp™ products are unique, and made just for you upon your order. Final products will vary in appearance from those items pictured on this site due to the hand crafting process. This makes all handmade CraftyHarp™ products unique and truly original. If you do not agree with the policy that all handmade items may vary, please do not order any hand crafted items. This includes all of our stationery and business cards. There may be slight variations in color from run to run, which could affect the final product from order to order with all of our printed items. CraftyHarp™ always stands by its quality and satisfaction guarantee, however, CraftyHarp™ does not guarantee that final products will be exactly the same as the items pictured on the site, nor may any two items or run of printed items look exactly the same depending on the printer source and media used. Custom and Personalized products are non-refundable. If there is an error in manufacturing, not due to customer error, we will gladly replace the item or issue a 50% store credit, minus any shipping charges. Please refer to our returns policy for more information on returning an item.

Business Cards and Stationery
We do our best to keep custom business card pricing as low as possible. Many of our competitors charge large fees for drafts and proofs. We do not charge for drafts or proofs. We do our best to let you know what your card will look like with proofs that we send to you via e-mail. However, everyone has a different type of computer monitor, and colors will look slightly different on your computer screen than they do in print. Colors may vary, and cards may be a bit lighter or darker depending on the printing process. Since we do not print our business cards or labels in house, we do not have 100% control over color variations in the printing process. This means that your business cards may look slightly different in print than they did on your monitor, and this process is beyond our control. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any of our custom stationery items. If you are not satisfied with your cards or labels, you may return them to us for a 50% store credit. Shipping is 100% non-refundable.

Custom T-Shirts and Totes: All T-Shirts are pictured as close to their actual color as possible. Photographs vary according to lighting, camera type, computer monitor and internet program types, etc., and this may make the colors appear slightly different than actual color. In addition, all computer monitors will vary sligtly according to type, settings and resolution. This may also change the appearance of certain colors. We do our best to make sure items are pictured as accurately as possible, bu we canot control all viewing circumstances as mentioned above. Therefore, please keep in mind that the items pictured are representative of the items, but not necessarily 100% the same as you would see it in person. If you do not agree with this policy that all color may vary from the colors shown on our site, please do not order these products. Custom design T-Shirts, totes, binder covers, and any of our other custom "Choose a Design" products are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with a custom product that you receive, you may return the item to us for a 50% store credit. Shipping is 100% non-refundable.

*Jewelry: Some of our jewelry items are also hand made and will vary from appearance on our site, such as size and shape of beads used. This makes all pieces truly unique. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase our hand made jewelry. Charms are subject to availability. CraftyHarp™ reserves the right to make substitutions when necessary. When a substitution is necessary, we will make a substitution of equal value and quality.

Please note! We do not issue refunds for custom items. This includes all "Choose a Design" products, Stationery, Business Cards, and any other Custom or Personalized Products. Once you order any of these items, they are created with custom artwork just for you. These items can only be returned for a replacement, or a 50% store credit. There is a $5.00 processing charge for all returned custom items.

Payment Policy:
If you wish to pay using your credit card, CraftyHarp™ accepts all major credit cards. CraftyHarp™ is secured by QuickSSL offering the highest level of security possible.

We are also PayPal Verified for the most secure online shopping. If you are not currently registered with Paypal, it is not necessary to have an account to make a payment. If you wish to open an account with PayPal, setup only takes a few moments, and it's FREE! Paypal also allows you to pay through withdrawal from your checking account. Verifying your checking account is easy and does not take long. They deposit two small deposits into your account, and you let them know how much it was. It is that simple! Then you can pay as easily and securely as with a credit card. However, as mentioned above, it is not necessary to have an account to make a payment.

Simply check out and chose the form of payment you would like, either credit card or PayPal. If you choose credit card, enter the information requested. If you choose the paypal link, follow the prompt screens to complete payment. If you order via phone or e-mail, you can still pay via PayPal by requesting an invoice. Once you receive the invoice, you can proceed with payment without an account, or you can log in and click "Send Money" and use the e-mail address order@CraftyHarp™ .com to complete payment.

Processing Time
We work very hard to fill orders as quickly as possible, usually within 5-10 business days. However, since some of our products are handmade, and we do not keep large inventory, it can take up to 4 weeks for delivery of your order. Some custom orders may take up to 6-8 weeks to complete. If you have an important deadline and want to make sure that your order is going to ship and be received by you in time please contact us before you place your order so that we can let you know if we can meet your deadline. Every effort will be made to insure you get your ordered item(s) when you need them. NO ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED UNTIL THE ORDER IS PAID IN FULL. No matter what method of shipping you choose, the shipping time is "after order processing". This means that your order must be processed before it is shipped, and processing time depends upon product availability, hand made items, and other order requirements. If you choose Express shipping, please check with us to make sure that you order will make it to you when you need it! As stated on our site, by purchasing with CraftyHarp™ , you have agreed to all terms and conditions.

If you have ordered business cards, we will be sending proofs for you to review. Since all cards are custom and personalized, please allow a few days for us to get your proofs ready for you. Please allow up to 10 business days for printing and shipping. Larger card/stationery orders will take longer. Again, if you need your order in a hurry, please let us know and we can let you know the cost for rush orders and shipping.*We are not responsible for missed deadlines. If you do not contact us with your exact deadline well in advance, we may not be able to fill your order in time. In addition, once a product leaves our office, we are no longer responsible for its transportation.

We are a small, privately owned business. We put much care into every order we receive, but we are not a large warehouse like some other businesses, and we pride ourselves in quality, personal customer service. We may not be as speedy as some of the large corporations, but we certainly do our best to process your orders in the order in which they were received, and with the greatest care. Many of our products are custom made, and this requires time to do well. We make all of our custom orders on demand, and we order many of our pre-manufactured items on demand as well. This helps us keep our cost down so that we can pass the savings on to you. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and we know you will love our products! Thank you for shopping with us!

Shipping Information:
All items are packaged to ensure that they are delivered in perfect condition. However, some things are beyond our control. All shipments are sent via USPS (FedEx and UPS are available upon request)/ All items are fully insured against loss or damage. Shipping includes handling (processing and packaging). Currently we ship to all 50 states. We will accept international orders, except to those countries which are currently restricted. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for loss or delivery of the package. The postal service and other carriers are not perfect and can sometimes lose a package. This is rare, but can happen. In this case, we will do out best to track the package and replace your order.

Shipping Rates quoted are minimum estimates only and do not constitute an agreement on total shipping cost. Any shipments requiring more than the minimum estimated rate will be charged to your card, or billed if you pay via PayPal. Express and International shipping must be quoted and billed separately as the rate depends upon the destination, and size and weight of the package. If you do not agree with our shipping policy, please do not complete your order. If you have any questions about our shipping policy, please contact us via e-mail at service@CraftyHarp.com. Shipments will not go out until all payments are received in full. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once a package leaves our facility, we no longer have any control over it, and are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. If a package is damaged in any way when you receive it, please contact us immediately and we will file a claim.

PLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS 100%, PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE YOUR ORDER. BY SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Cancellation Policy:
Once an order has been placed and is being processed, or has left our facilit,y the order cannot be canceled. If you do need to cancel an order placed, contact us as soon as possible and we will do what we can. However we do not guarantee that an order can be canceled. Please note! We do not issue refunds for custom items. This includes all "Choose a Design" products. These items can only be returned for 50% store credit plus a $5 return charge.

Return Policy:
If you are not happy with an item, it is defective, or it has been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. We stand behind our products and service. We offer a 14 day return/exchange policy. Unless an item is damaged or defective it must be returned to us in the same pristine condition it was sent to you in. Any returned items we find to have been damaged or soiled will not be accepted and a refund or credit will not be given. Please allow 30 days from the time of our receiving the returned item for us to process it and issue the refund. All refunds will be made through PayPal only. Refunds are less shipping and handling. All returned items should be securely packaged and sent by a shipping method that allows for tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost during shipping. You will have to fill a claim with the shipper to recover your loss. Please note! We do not issue refunds for custom or personalized items. This includes all "Choose a Design" products including business cards, labels, certificates, and other custom printed items. These items can only be returned for 50% store credit. If you wish to replace an item, prior authorization is necessary. There is a $5.00 replacment fee for all custom items. If the item is defective or damaged due to our own handling or manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a 100% store credit minus shipping charges. We would also be glad to replace the item or send another item of your choosing.

CraftyHarp™ is committed to customer satisfaction. If you have a problem with an order please notify us so that we can work with you to resolve the problem. Liability to you will be limited to the cost of the product purchased. We reserve the right to ask for the damaged item back before we do anything.

How to Return an Item- Please include the packing slip and any warranty cards that you received with your shipment, indicate the reason for the return, and the action you'd like us to take. Send packages securely wrapped and postage-paid to the address indicated on the packing slip. If you cannot find your packing slip, please email service@CraftyHarp.com for the correct return address. When emailing us about your order, please place your order number in the subject heading so we may expedite your request.

Federal Express or UPS are our preferred carriers for sending back returns as they provide tracking services. However, Priority mail is also acceptable.

Crediting your refund. Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you an email stating the amount we are crediting your credit card. Please allow 10 business days for us to process your return. It may take up to two credit card statements for your credit to appear.

About PayPal:
CraftyHarp™ is"PayPal Verified". We have chosen PayPal as our method of credit card processing because it offers strong protections for both parties. A PayPal account is not necessary to complete a payment, however, if you do not have a PayPal account, and would like one, you can set one up for free in just a matter of minutes. For more information or for setting up a PayPal account visit the PayPal web site at http://www.paypal.com. If you wish to set up an account using your checking account as well, once PayPal has verified your checking account, purchasing items is just as quick as using a credit card. Again, there is no charge for setting up a PayPal account. If you wish to place an order using PayPal and don't currently have an existing PayPal account you will have an opportunity to setup an account during the ordering process. If you have a CraftyHarp™ gift certificate and would like to redeem it, please include the discount code provided on the certificate in the "discount code" box on the online order form when you place your order. You can fill out an order form on our special Mail Order Form page. The gift certificate may only be used for one purchase only.
